Cooling-off period and returns

You may be disappointed with Wonderjeans. You can return the Wonderjeans up to 14 days after receiving your order. It is important that the Wonder Jeans are in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging that prevents the product from being damaged. Products that are damaged are not eligible for exchange or refund.

After receiving your return, we will transfer the purchase amount, minus your contribution of €3.95 in return costs, to your account within 7 days. For Belgium the contribution is €8.50.
