Payment options
You can pay for your order at Wonderjeans in the following way:

Via iDEAL
If you are already familiar with internet banking at most major Dutch banks, you can use iDEAL without special software: the easy way to pay via the internet. -
Credit card
Payments via VISA or Mastercard are accepted. - Via PayPal
- Via Klarna
- Klarna carries out the entire post-payment process for Wonderjeans. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna via email to pay for the purchased product(s). Klarna carries out a data check to approve your payment request. Klarna applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your payment request is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with another payment method. You can always contact Klarna if you have any questions. For more information, please refer to the consumer section of the Klarna website.

We do not charge shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium
Delivery time
After receiving your order and payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Depending on our stock or the availability of the product from our suppliers, this will be between 1 and 3 working days. If the product you ordered is not available within 3 working days, we will inform you by email or telephone. You always have the right to cancel your order free of charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. In that case, please contact our customer service by email info@wonderjeans.nl or by telephone 020-6178450
Delivery
We ship with PostNL with track and trace via My Parcel.
Reflection period
You can return the purchased products up to 14 days after receiving your order.
Returns
1. It is important that the Wonder Jeans are preferably in the original packaging or sturdy packaging that prevents the product from being damaged. Products that are damaged are not eligible for exchange or full refund.
2. Please state the reason for return on the enclosed packing slip.
3. Request a return label by email to info@wonderjeans.nl .
3. Send the package via a PostNL point return to us within 3 working days after creating the return.
4. You do not have to pay extra for this, these costs are already included in the € 3.95 for the Netherlands and € 7.95 for Belgium, contribution to the return costs, which we deduct in the refund.
5. After receiving your return, we will transfer the purchase amount, minus the contribution to the return costs, to your account with which the wonder jeans were paid for within 7 days.
It is not possible to exchange it, but you can reorder the desired item.

Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Always contact our customer service first, via info@wonderjeans.nl or via our telephone number 020-6178450 . The best solution will then be determined in consultation. In the event of a product defect, you can rely on the warranty.
If you subsequently have a formal complaint, you can submit it in writing within a reasonable time after the complaint arose by sending a letter to:

Please state in your complaint:
- what and why you are dissatisfied;
- your name and address details;
- as much information as possible about the purchased item (order date, order number and item description);
- what your wishes are with regard to resolving the complaint.
You will receive a response within 10 working days. This can be a formal response or an announcement when you can expect a detailed response. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can make this known in the same way. You will then receive a response within 10 working days.
Legal guarantee
When you buy a product from us, you are always entitled to a good product, provided you use the product normally. If this product does not meet your expectations, we will fully comply with the warranty provisions of the Civil Code. In any case, you must contact us within two months of discovering the defect. After your notification, we will investigate whether we can easily repair the defect or whether we can replace the product and/or the defective parts (e.g. a zipper). If this is not possible in its entirety, or in the short term, we offer you the option to terminate the agreement. You will then receive (part of) the purchase price back from us.
